Saw a fab doctor who was so helpful and actively listened. Explained all clearly. Just hope he stays on at the practice once he has completed his training as will be an asset. He wa extremely supportive and although he was unable to help fully today as a letter from the hospital was incomplete he arranged for me to be able to speak to him or for an appointment to be made as soon as it was available. Thank you
I phoned for an appointment and gave the receptionist my details and general issue, a Dr call me within two hours to access my needs and he got me an appointment the very next day. On arrival I Waited very little time amount of time. Dr Rahmat was very kind and professional and instantly put my mind at ease and discuss treatment throughly. I was very happy from start on my first contact to the end and the resolution. Thank you
A family member telephoned to make an appointment, just to be asked 21 questions. Is it an emergency, what's wrong? It is not for the reception staff to know your medical problem. What happened to patient confidentiality? Reception staff decided to have a doctor phone my family member. They are not qualified to make the decision on what the public needs. You can not look at something that's physically appeared over the phone!! Now my family member got in such a state couldn't word what was wrong properly. Shook them up. My Doctors don't ask patients what's wrong. They say that's between you and the Dr. Please learn from my Drs!!
timeline for obtaining appointments is totally unacceptable
practice is in desperate need of professional support to raise standards
This surgery is run down and overloaded. It used to have many good doctors and you could get an appointment within a week or 2. There are a handful of decent GP's here, you have to wait 3 weeks min for a routine appt and 6 weeks + to see specific Dr's. Twice they have forgotten to do a referral for my treatment and are always running 20-30 mins late. Really poor standard now.
